If you find there is a little too much play between the bracket and the battery box you may want to add a shim of some kind. In some cases, the nylon strap that comes with a battery box works as a good shim. Otherwise, a wood \/ plastic shim on top of the box and under the bracket, or a piece of plywood or other shim under the box works well if the bracket is not snug, and rattles.
