Application: Suit for various high intensity bottle cap capping, the stainless steel frame amount to a table for option.
Operation instruction:
1.Choose rubber insert(05) according to the bottle cap size(machine include lpcs rubber insert diameter 10-20mm, 20-30mm, 30-40mm, 40-50mm), insert the rubber insert into the chuck(04), and then install chuck(01)to connect with the capper and tight the screw.
2.Choose 220V socket, put the electric plug(12 )into the socket. Power show bright (10)
3.Press the work switch button(07), adjust the reverser switch(08)according to the screw direction of bottle cap.
4.Put the cap on the bottle manual, and then put the electric capper chuck directly on the cap,start in the electric capper and lock the bottle cap. If the cap prevention is too big the cap can not lock very tightly,adjust the screw(06 )accordingly, adjust the pressure, until locked the bottle cap very tightly
