How the Guide Rail Connectors are Connected and Works?
Used to link all guide rails for long track-saw cuts, these connectors automatically align the rails while being tightened in place, eliminating the usual adjustment process. Machined from steel for strength and rigidity, each connector slides neatly into the T-slots of both rails. As you tighten the four set screws with the included ball-head hex driver, the connector’s keystone shape is drawn firmly against the lip of the T-slot, pulling the rails into precise alignment and preventing them from shifting. Once installed, the connector doesn’t project above the T-slot, so it won’t obstruct your saw during the cut. Quick to secure and release, this is a straightforward, reliable system. Compatible with Fes-tool track-saw guides rail as well as those made by Tri-ton and Ma-kita. Don’t waste resources on expensive equipment. Our connectors are cost effective alternatives.
