I received the spark plugs, but one of them was chipped. I had to contact support for a replacement which took longer than I wanted. Luckily, when I installed the other plugs, they worked well in my Dodge. Just wish the packaging was better.

Mixed feelings
I bought these spark plugs for my 2014 Dodge Durango. They work fine, but I had a bit of trouble getting the old ones out. The instructions weren't very clear, but I'm happy with the performance now that they're in.

These spark plugs seem to be doing their job just fine. I replaced the old ones in my 2010 Durango, and the installation was straightforward. Just a heads up, shipping was a little slower than I expected, but no biggie.
