Not as expected, slight color difference
I bought these spark plugs for my 2010 Charger, but they looked a little different than what was pictured. Installation went okay, but I'm not sure about the performance yet. Fingers crossed they last!

Decent plugs but installation was tricky
The NGK spark plugs seem to be of good quality, but I found the installation process a bit challenging. The instructions weren't very clear, which led to a couple of frustrating hours. Once in, the performance has been solid so far!

One plug arrived damaged
I was excited to get this 16-piece set for my 2012 Dodge Charger, but one of the plugs had a dent when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they were helpful in resolving the issue. Just a bit annoying to deal with right off the bat.
