Decent Product, Needs Better Instructions
I like these spark plugs, but the installation instructions were confusing. I managed to figure it out eventually, and they run well in my 2008 Jeep. Just a bit more guidance would’ve been helpful!

Arrived Damaged, But Worked
I was excited to get these spark plugs, but one arrived cracked. I contacted customer service, and they sent a replacement quickly. Once installed, they performed well. Just wish the packaging was better!
