I was really disappointed when I opened the box to find one of the spark plugs was damaged. I tried installing the others, but they didn't perform as expected. I had to return them. Not what I expected from NGK.

Installed easily, but not the best quality
I recently put these spark plugs in my E500. They were easy to install, but I noticed they don’t seem to last as long as I expected. It’s only been a few months and I've seen some performance dip already. Not bad, but I might try a different brand next time.

Good performance spark plugs!
Installed these NGK spark plugs in my 2005 E500, and I can feel the difference in how smoothly the engine runs. They fit perfectly and the car feels like it has more power now. Definitely a solid upgrade!

Decent plugs but packaging issues
The spark plugs work fine with my 2004 Mercedes, but the packaging was a bit dented when it arrived. Thankfully, the plugs themselves were intact and fit well. Just a small annoyance in the delivery process.
