The saddlebag latch kit itself is good, but when it arrived, the packaging was a bit damaged, which made me nervous. Thankfully, all parts were intact and it works well. Just wish the shipping was a bit better.

Unfortunately, the latch kit arrived with a couple of dents, which was disappointing. I contacted customer service for a replacement. The product seems solid, but I just wish it hadn’t arrived damaged.
