This means that when its bent it WILL spring back to its original position. Due to higher costs to manufacture Spring Steel parts, it is extremely hard to find an antenna in todays market that will match the quality level of this antenna. Rather you will find endless options of aftermarket antenna's that will leave you shopping for another antenna once its weak construction bends, looks goofy, and stays that way. 2) Wind Noise Cancellation Wrap. On our spring steel antennas we now offer with the feature that will get rid of the highway whistles aftermarket antennas are prone too. This noise without our noise cancellation feature is referred to as a noise of a freight train. This is a unique feature and should not be one overlooked. 3)The supporting hardware of our antenna is made of 304 stainless steel. Brass is often used with a lot of aftermarket antennas. This is because brass is softer material and easier to cut and manufacture. Downside is brass is it's a weak material and often snaps with minimal force. I got this for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, and while it's decent, the reception isn’t as strong as the original antenna. The color matches perfectly, but I was hoping for better performance. Might not work for everyone.

Decent antenna, but has minor issues
The antenna works fine with my Toyota Sequoia, but the packaging was a bit beat up when it arrived. Installation was straightforward, but I wish the instructions were clearer. It does its job well despite the hiccups.
