The KBS Fuel Tank Sealer Kit contains everything you need to seal a tank of up to 25 gallons. Gold Standard Fuel Tank Sealer is a superior, single-component, ready-to-use fuel tank sealer. Gold Standard Fuel Tank Sealer is specifically formulated to stop rust and corrosion by forming a tough, fuel impervious coating while simultaneously sealing small pinholes and weld seams. This kit contains our KBS Klean (a water-based, heavy-duty, cleaner/degreaser) and RustBlast (a powerful rust remover/metal etch) to obtain a permanently sealed, rust-free fuel tank. These KBS prep products are formulated to extend storage times by leaving a zinc phosphate film.
I was happy with how well the KBS Coatings sealer worked, but the application was a bit messy for me. I recommend wearing gloves and working carefully. It sealed my tank well, no more leaks!

Arrived damaged, not happy
Unfortunately, my KBS Coatings kit arrived with a dented canister, and I had to deal with some leaking. I reached out to customer service but it's been frustrating. Hope the product itself is effective when I finally get to use it!

Did the job but took time
This sealer works as promised for my 25-gallon tank. I had to wait a bit longer for the curing process than expected, but it sealed up all the leaks. Just be patient and follow the directions carefully!
