I received the filter but it was damaged upon arrival. Not what I expected from Hiflofiltro. I really wanted to use it for my bike, but now I need to request a replacement. Very frustrating!

Packaging issues, but filter works well
I had a bit of trouble with the packaging when my filter arrived; it was a little dented. But the oil filter itself works great. No leaks and it fits my motorcycle perfectly. Just wish the delivery was handled better!

Not as easy to install as expected
I bought this oil filter for my bike, but I found the installation a bit tricky. The instructions weren't super clear, which made it a hassle. However, it seems to do the job fine now that it's in. Just be prepared for a bit of a workout!
