The EVIL ENERGY Exhaust Clamp is a 2.5-inch lap joint band clamp designed to connect exhaust system components such as pipes, mufflers, and catalytic converters. Its size allows it to join 2.5-inch outer diameter (OD) pipe to 2.5-inch inner diameter (ID) pipe, with a strap width of 2.94 inches (74.82mm). The clamp is made of 304 stainless steel band, zinc-plated M10 bolt and nut, steel gasket, and aluminum alloy I-block, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The band clamps distribute the force evenly, providing a seal and preventing material deformation. The no-welding design allows for easy installation and removal, with a recommended torque of 63 Nm. This product is available in a silver color and comes in a 1-piece style. The exhaust clamp is part of the HARDWARE CLAMP VISE product type and is branded as EVIL ENERGY.
