The EVIL ENERGY Exhaust Clamp is a 2.5-inch lap joint band clamp designed to connect exhaust system components such as pipes, mufflers, and catalytic converters. Its size allows it to join 2.5-inch outer diameter (OD) pipe to 2.5-inch inner diameter (ID) pipe, with a strap width of 2.94 inches (74.82mm). The clamp is made of 304 stainless steel band, zinc-plated M10 bolt and nut, steel gasket, and aluminum alloy I-block, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The band clamps distribute the force evenly, providing a seal and preventing material deformation. The no-welding design allows for easy installation and removal, with a recommended torque of 63 Nm. This product is available in a silver color and comes in a 1-piece style. The exhaust clamp is part of the HARDWARE CLAMP VISE product type and is branded as EVIL ENERGY.
The clamp works well for holding the exhaust together, but I had a little trouble getting it tight enough. It's sturdy and looks good in stainless, but the installation instructions could be clearer. Overall, it does its job!

Disappointed with the Fit
I was excited to use this exhaust clamp, but it didn't fit my 2.5" exhaust pipe as expected. The stainless steel looks cool, but it ended up being a hassle to return it. I might have to look for a different brand next time.

Great Quality but Came Late
I’m really happy with the quality of this Evil Energy clamp, it’s well made and fits my 2.5" pipes nicely. However, it took a week longer than expected to arrive. I still recommend it, just be prepared for some delay!
