V-Band Flange Assemblies are a popular and effective alternative to traditional flanged or slip fit tube connections.They work very well in operating conditions involving stress, vibration and extreme temperature fluctuations. I used these Evil Energy V-band clamps for my custom exhaust setup, and they performed great! The stainless steel construction feels sturdy, and I love the 2.5-inch size. It's a bit of a pain to install without the flanges, but overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Disappointing - didn't hold up
I was really bummed when one of these clamps broke after only a few weeks of use. The stainless steel looks nice, but it didn’t hold my setup as expected. I wouldn’t trust them for high-pressure applications. Maybe I got a faulty batch?

Good quality but missing flanges
The clamps are nice and seem durable, but I didn't realize they wouldn’t come with flanges, which made installation a little tricky. If you’re already set up with flanges, they work perfectly though. Just check your parts before ordering!
