One Arm Was Defective
I was excited to install the control arms kit, but unfortunately, one of the upper control arms arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, and they were responsive, but it took longer to resolve than I hoped. The other parts worked well once I finally got everything installed.

Good Quality but Lacking Some Instructions
