I installed this Detroit Axle front end kit on my 2018 Silverado 1500, and wow, what a difference! The control arms and ball joints feel super sturdy, and my steering is way more responsive now. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their ride quality!

Disappointed with the quality
I received the Detroit Axle front end kit for my Silverado, but one of the ball joints was damaged upon arrival. I had to wait longer for a replacement. When it's all together, it seems to work fine, but that initial setback was frustrating. Just check your parts carefully when they arrive!

Fit my needs but had a hiccup
I got this kit for my 2015 Chevy 3500. It all fit perfectly, but the sway bars took longer to install than I expected. They should include better diagrams or a video link. Other than that, the handling has improved noticeably, and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Good parts but installation was tricky
The Detroit Axle front end kit seems good quality, but I struggled a bit during installation. Some of the instructions weren’t super clear, especially with the tie rods. Once it was all together, though, the ride is much smoother in my GMC Sierra 2500 HD. Just make sure you have some mechanical experience!
