I was excited to get this control arm for my 2005 X5, but it arrived with some minor damage. Luckily, it still functions well and fits properly. Packaging could have been better. I’ll just keep an eye on it for now!

Solid replacement part for BMW
This lower control arm from Detroit Axle is a solid buy. I was impressed with the weight and durability of the part. After the install, my X5 drives much smoother. Definitely worth the investment!

Not quite what I expected
I thought this control arm would be a perfect fit for my 2002 X5, but it didn't align as well as I had hoped. It works, but I had to do some extra adjustments. Just a bit frustrating, honestly.

Decent part, but instructions lacking
Installed this lower rearward control arm on my 2001 BMW X5, and it works fine. However, the instructions were not very clear. It took me a few extra hours to figure out the right way to install it. Might be good for someone with more experience!
