The control arm worked as expected for my Chrysler 300, but the packaging arrived a bit dented. Luckily, the part was unharmed. Just felt like they could have done better with protecting it during shipping.

The control arm itself is functional and seems well made, but it took a week longer to arrive than I expected. A little frustrating, but it works well once installed. Would have been 4 stars without the delay.
