I was really disappointed when I received the control arm and the ball joint was damaged. It didn't fit properly on my vehicle, and I had to return it. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but I wouldn't risk it again for now.

Decent part, but took a while to arrive
The part itself works well in my 2010 Explorer, but it took longer to ship than expected. I was a bit frustrated with the wait, but once it arrived, installation was straightforward. Just double-check the alignment after you’re done. Good value for the price!

Solid Control Arm Replacement
