I received my KAX ignition coil pack but one of the spark plugs was damaged upon arrival. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but it delayed my installation. The product itself seems solid, just had some issues with shipping.

Great upgrade for my Subaru!
These ignition coils and spark plugs from KAX really stepped up my 2012 Outback's performance. I've noticed better fuel efficiency and a smoother idle. The iridium plugs are a nice touch, they really last!

Installation was a bit tricky
The KAX set worked well once I got it in, but I found the installation instructions a bit unclear. It took me a while to get the old coils out. However, the performance boost is definitely worth the hassle!
