The spark plugs seem to be solid and fit my 2012 Escape perfectly. They were easy to install, but they arrived a couple of days later than expected. No biggie though, overall happy with the purchase!

Damaged upon arrival
I was really looking forward to these spark plugs for my Transit Connect, but one was damaged when I opened the box. I had to return the whole set. Frustrating experience, hoping to get a replacement soon!

Not quite what I expected
These iridium spark plugs for my 2010 C-Max were fine, but I thought the included tool would be more useful. It wasn't very sturdy, and I had to use my own ratchet. Still, the plugs work great!
