Unfortunately, one of the spark plugs arrived cracked. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but now I have to wait for a replacement. Very disappointed since I needed them right away for my car. Would give zero stars if I could.

Great Spark Plugs for My Car
I bought these NGK BPR7ES spark plugs for my Honda Civic and they work perfectly. My engine runs smoother than ever. The fact that it comes in a 4-count pack is a real bonus, I always like having extras on hand.

Decent but Not Super Impressed
These spark plugs do the job, but I had a bit of trouble with installation since the instructions were a bit vague. They seem fine for now, but I expected a little more from NGK given their reputation. Still, they’re decent for the price!
