The mirror seems solid and provides good visibility for my GMC Sierra. However, the packaging arrived a bit damaged, which made me nervous about the mirror's condition. But luckily, it was in good shape and functions fine. Just wish the shipping was quicker!

I was really excited to get this heated mirror for my Sierra, but after a month of use, the heating function just stopped working. The mirror isn't broken but it’s disappointing to lose that feature. I expected better durability for the price.
