Good but came with issues
The pitman arm works well on my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I had some trouble with the installation instructions. They were a bit unclear, which slowed me down. Once it was on, though, the steering felt much improved!

Decent, but slow shipping
The Rough Country pitman arm is good and fits my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee well. However, it took longer to arrive than expected, which was frustrating. Once it got here, installation was straightforward, and now my Jeep drives better!

Not what I expected
