I got this actuator for my 2008 Outback. It works fine, but I had a little trouble with the installation instructions; they weren’t super clear. After a few tries, it’s all good now, but I wish the manual had been more helpful!

Just what I needed for my Outback!

Works as expected, but took a while to arrive
The actuator itself is great for my 2006 Legacy. It locks and unlocks easily, but it took longer than I anticipated to receive it. Just a bit of a hassle waiting, but the quality is solid once it arrived!

Arrived damaged—disappointed!
I was really excited to replace the lock actuator on my 2005 Subaru, but the part arrived with a broken connector. I had to return it and found another source. Frustrating experience overall, but hopefully the next one will be better.
