Delo with ISOSYN Advanced Technology is an API CK-4 heavy duty engine oil specifically formulated for 2017 greenhouse gas (GHG 17) compliant diesel engines designed to meet lower CO2 emissions and improved fuel economy, in addition to EPA 2010 compliant low emission diesel engines with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems. It is fully compatible with previous engine models and previous API Oil Service Categories.
The Delo motor oil works well for my old car, but I was disappointed with the shipping time. It took longer than expected to arrive, which was a little frustrating. Once I got it, everything was fine though!

Perfect for high-mileage engines

Great motor oil for my truck
I've been using Delo 39088 in my diesel truck for a while now and it's been fantastic. The 40 weight is perfect for the temperatures we have around here. Plus, the 1-gallon pack of 3 is super convenient and cost-effective. Definitely recommend it!

Disappointed with the viscosity
I bought the Delo 39088 and was hoping for better performance. The 40 weight is thicker than I expected, and it didn’t perform as well as I had hoped in colder weather. I think I’ll look for a different option next time.

Oil works but packaging issues
The oil itself seems to do the job nicely, but one of the gallon containers arrived dented. It still works, but I wish the packaging had been better. Usually, I'm satisfied with Delo products, just a minor hiccup this time.
