Engineered to securely mount to the side of the helmet, this shield protects the side of your face without obstructing sightlines. A lightweight ABS plastic construction with a padded inner surface means you don't sacrifice protection for comfort. I was really excited to give this EvoShield helmet to my son for his games, but it arrived with a scratch on the gloss finish. It’s a nice helmet overall, and he loves the victory blue color, but I expected better packaging. Disappointed with the condition it came in.

I bought this EvoShield batting helmet for my son who's a left-handed hitter and he loves it! The gloss finish in victory blue looks sharp and it fits really well. He's been hit a few times and says it’s very protective without feeling too heavy.

Decent but could use better padding
The EvoShield helmet looks fantastic in victory blue, and it does its job for protection. However, I wish the padding was a bit thicker. It fits my daughter well as a left-handed hitter, but after a long practice, she mentioned it wasn't super comfortable.
