Unfortunately, the windshield washer reservoir I received was cracked upon arrival. I tried to contact customer service, but it was a hassle. I still need to replace it, but I’m now hesitant about ordering again. Really disappointed!

Good product but shipping took forever
The washer reservoir works fine and fits my 2012 Escape well. However, I had to wait nearly two weeks for delivery, which was frustrating. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my road trip, but thankfully it did just in time!

Minor issues with installation
The reservoir fit my 2011 Escape, but I found the installation a bit tricky. The instructions weren't super clear, and I had to watch a video to get it right. Once in, it works great, but I wish the setup was easier!
