I received my Fox shocks for my 2017 F-250, but one of the shocks arrived damaged. I had to deal with customer service to get a replacement, which took longer than I hoped. The performance seems fine now, but the whole experience was frustrating.

Decent but had minor issues
The Fox shocks improved the handling on my F-350, but I had a bit of trouble with the installation instructions. They weren't very clear, which made it take longer than expected. Once I figured it out, they worked great!

Amazing upgrade for my truck!
I installed these Fox shocks on my 2018 F-250 and wow, what a difference! The ride is so much smoother, especially over bumps. The remote reservoir is a nice touch for better performance, and they fit perfectly for my 4-6 inch lift. Totally worth the investment!
