Not Happy, Arrived Damaged
I was excited to get the strut for my Lincoln MKX, but it arrived with a dent. The company handled the return well, but I had to wait longer for a replacement. Just disappointing since I needed it installed ASAP!

Decent Strut, But Installation Was Tough
The strut itself seems good, but the installation was a bit tricky. I had to watch a few tutorial videos to get it right. Once it was in, though, my Lincoln MKX rides much better. Just wish the instructions were clearer!
