The Gabriel shocks work well on my 2012 Acura MDX, and I noticed an improvement in handling. However, it took longer than expected to receive them. Just a heads up for anyone ordering — be prepared for a potential wait.

Disappointed, stopped working
I had high hopes for these Gabriel shock absorbers, but after a few months, one of them stopped working. They started leaking oil. I’m not sure if I just got a bad set, but I expected them to last longer on my 2010 Acura MDX.

Decent but installation was tricky
These shock absorbers are pretty good but I struggled a bit during the installation process. The instructions were not very clear. After getting them on, my 2008 Acura MDX rides better, but I wish the setup had been easier.
