Installed the Gates idler pulley on my 2008 SUV after the old one started squeaking. It fits perfectly and seems to be of high quality. The car runs smoother now and I can’t hear that annoying noise anymore!

Decent part but took a while to arrive
The Gates pulley works fine, but I was a bit disappointed with the shipping time. It took longer than expected to arrive. Once installed, it functions well and got my engine back on track, though!

Good quality but tricky to install
I like the build of the Gates idler pulley, but the installation was not as easy as I'd hoped. The instructions were somewhat unclear, and I had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. Works well now, but be ready for some hassle!

Disappointed with my purchase
Unfortunately, the Gates pulley I received was damaged on arrival. It looked like it had been dropped, and I couldn't install it. I'm in the process of getting a replacement, which is frustrating. Just be careful with shipping!
