Gates Automotive XL V-Belt is a durable, long-lasting replacement V-belt designed for the most demanding engine drives. Due to thermal forces in the vehicle engine, this variable notched belt tightens on the drive as it heats up to prevent slippage, improve belt performance and reduce noise.
I thought this Gates V-belt would fit my older model, but it was just a bit too large. The quality seemed good, but now I have to return it. Would be nice if they had better size guides.

I’m really impressed with the Gates 7516 XL belt. I primarily use it for my ATV, and it has handled some rough trails without any issues. The strength and capacity are definitely noticeable!

Great replacement but slow shipping
This Gates high-capacity V-belt seems like a great quality product. It successfully replaced my old belt, and I can see the extra durability. However, it took a couple of extra days to arrive, which was a bit frustrating.

Belt broke after a few uses
Unfortunately, the Gates V-belt I got snapped after just a few uses in my generator. Pretty disappointing, not expecting that from a brand like Gates. Hoping to get a replacement but not sure if I’ll buy again.
