Gates Automotive XL V-Belt is a durable, long-lasting replacement V-belt designed for the most demanding engine drives. Due to thermal forces in the vehicle engine, this variable notched belt tightens on the drive as it heats up to prevent slippage, improve belt performance and reduce noise.
Bought the Gates 9470 XL v-belt for my old lawn tractor, and I'm impressed! It installed easily, and the performance is much better than the old one. Seems like a solid upgrade!

The Gates 9470 XL v-belt is definitely high quality, but it comes at a cost. If you're looking for something long-lasting, this is it. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive!
