The Gates serpentine drive belt seems to be doing its job well. Installation was straightforward, and the quality feels sturdy. However, I was really disappointed with the delivery time; it took longer than expected to arrive. Just a heads up for others!

Arrived damaged, but it works now
When my Gates K060824 belt arrived, it had a slight tear which worried me. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful in resolving the issue. Once installed, it works fine, but I wish it had arrived in better condition. Just be careful when ordering!
