I replaced the struts on my 2011 F-250 with this KAX assembly, but they feel a bit softer than the OEM ones. Installation was easy, but I'm not sure about the long-term durability. We'll see how they hold up.

Arrived Damaged, But Works Fine
I was disappointed when the strut assembly showed up with a dented part. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful in resolving it. The assembly works fine now on my 2013 F-350, but it left me a bit wary.

Solid Performance Upgrade

Good but Took a While to Arrive
The strut assembly is decent and fits my 2015 F-350 nicely, but it took longer than expected to arrive. The installation was straightforward, and the shock absorption is much improved. Just wish shipping was faster!
