The strut assembly worked fine for my 2009 Ford Edge, but the instructions were confusing. I managed to get it done, but it took me longer than it should have. The parts also had a couple of scratches on them when they arrived. Functionally it’s good, just a few annoyances.

Total disappointment with these struts
I installed these KAX struts on my 2007 Lincoln MKX and they started making noise within a month. I thought I was getting a good deal, but now I'm worried about safety. I can’t recommend these based on my experience. Wish I had gone with a different brand.

Solid replacement for my Ford Edge
Installed these KAX complete struts and coil springs on my 2008 Ford Edge. The ride is noticeably smoother, and the installation was straightforward with the right tools. Just make sure you have all the pieces before starting, as I had to make a run for a few extras.

Great upgrade for an old Lincoln
I replaced the old shocks on my 2008 Lincoln MKX with these KAX assemblies. They fit perfectly and the car feels much more stable now. The only downside was the shipping took a bit longer than expected, but worth the wait for the improved ride quality!
