The struts work well once installed on my 2012 Ford Fusion, but the shipping took longer than expected. Everything arrived in good condition, but I was a bit worried about the packaging.

Not what I expected
These struts didn't fit my 2010 Mercury Milan as well as I hoped. They worked for a few weeks and then started making a weird noise. I think I might have received a defective set because I’ve heard good things about KAX products.

Great Value for My Ford Fusion
I replaced the struts on my 2011 Ford Fusion with these KAX struts and they fit like a glove. The ride is smooth again, and the coil springs really help with the stability. Plus, the installation was straightforward for a DIYer like me!
