The struts themselves are compatible and work well with my 2011 Highlander, but the shipping took longer than expected. Everything was in good condition when they arrived, and they seem to handle bumps better, so I’m satisfied overall.

Great replacement for my Highlander
I installed these KAX struts on my 2012 Toyota Highlander, and they’ve made a huge difference! The ride feels much smoother and more stable. Installation was straightforward, and I really appreciate the quality of the assembly. Totally worth it!

Stopped working after 6 months
Unfortunately, one of the struts stopped functioning properly just half a year in. I was really hoping for better longevity from KAX. Installation was easy, but now I'm stuck with a noisy ride again. Not happy about this purchase.

Good value, easy installation
These struts were a great value for my 2013 Highlander. They fit right in without any issues and I noticed the ride quality improved. However, I wish the instructions had been a bit clearer. Had to look up some videos to get it right!

Not as expected, color mismatch
I bought these struts thinking they would match my vehicle's setup perfectly. While they fit fine, the finish looks different than what I saw in the pictures. They work well, but I would have preferred better color consistency. Just a little disappointed.
