Damaged upon arrival
I was disappointed when my KAX front struts arrived for my 2002 Envoy SLE. One of the struts had a dent and needed to be replaced. The customer service was decent, but I expected better quality control. Not the best experience!

Good but instructions could be clearer
The KAX struts and shocks fit my 2006 Envoy XL perfectly, but I found the instructions to be a bit unclear. It took me longer than expected to figure out the installation. Still, they work well and have improved my handling quite a bit!
