Disappointing Quality Control
I was really excited about these struts, but unfortunately, one came damaged. I had to wait an extra week for a replacement, which was frustrating. The performance is decent once installed, but I expected better quality control from KAX. Not sure I'd buy again.

Minor Issues, But Good Performance
Got these KAX struts for my 2012 Chrysler 200. They work well and improved my car's stability, but the instructions weren’t super clear. It took me longer to install because of that. Otherwise, they’re holding up nicely so far, so I'm satisfied!
