The Kuryakyn 1739 brake and clutch control dress-up kit is an inexpensive, fast, and easy way to completely finish chroming your hand controls! The clutch perch (cable style) is a complete chrome replacement unit that has been beefed up to complement the brawny look of an H-D. The master cylinder cover dresses up the reservoir and covers the entire visible hand brake bracket assembly with a lush layer of glistening chrome. There are even replacement chrome clamp halves and hardware accents for a 100% detailed, pure custom look. Includes (1) chrome clutch cover, bracket, and filler panel, (1) chrome brake cover, bracket, and filler panel, (2) half clamps, (1) hardware kit containing: (2) M4 x 0.7 x 25MM button socket head cap screws, (2) M4 x 0.7 x 20MM button socket head cap screws, (4) 10-24 x 5/16 button socket head cap screws, (4) 1/4-20 x 1 socket head cap screws, (2) small clips, (2) large clips, (2) brake line top and bottom covers; suggested tools for installation (not included): phillips head screw driver, set of hex wrenches, paper towels, tank service cover, warm soapy water, clean rag, and ammonia-based cleaner. The Kuryakyn 1739 brake and clutch control dress-up kit is compatible with Harley-Davidson models: 14-16 Electra Glides and Street Glides.
I wanted to love this chrome replacement kit for my 2014 Harley, but it arrived with some scratches on the chrome. I contacted support, and they offered a replacement, but it was a hassle. The product looks nice when it’s clean, but I expected better for the price. Not thrilled with my purchase.

Good but Some Minor Flaws
The Kuryakyn dress-up kit does enhance the look of my bike, but I had a bit of a hard time getting the brake control to fit just right. It took a couple of tries, and I wish the instructions were clearer. Still, once installed, it does look sharp. Just be patient during setup!
