This helmet features a newly designed chin bar mechanism that is smaller and slimmer than its predecessor, resulting in a more aerodynamic shell. Crafted from LS2's proprietary Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA), the lightweight shell offers superior energy management and flexibility, making it both strong and comfortable. The helmet is available in two shell sizes, ensuring a perfect fit regardless of head size. The full metal latch guarantees that the chin bar remains securely locked when closed, while an exclusive design keeps the chin bar in place when opened.
The LS2 Valiant II also includes a UV and scratch-resistant shield made from optically correct Class A polycarbonate, which is PinLock ready for maximum fog protection. The quick-change shield mechanism allows for effortless shield swaps, enhancing convenience during rides. Integrated within the design is the Twin Shield System, featuring a drop-down sun shield that operates smoothly via a cable-operated switch, even when wearing gloves.
