Unfortunately, the package showed up dented, and one of the plugs had a minor scratch. I reached out to customer service, and they were helpful. The plugs work fine, but I was a bit disappointed with the initial condition. Just make sure to check yours carefully!

Good Quality, but Missing a Gasket
These drain plugs seem to be of good quality but I found one of the gaskets was missing from the pack. I managed to find a replacement, but it delayed my oil change a bit. Otherwise, the plugs fit well and do their job. Just check before you start!

Great Value for the Price
