Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke. Factory piping has numerous restrictive bends that impede airflow and choke the power of your truck. The Mishimoto intercooler piping is manufactured in USA and is engineered to eliminate unnecessary bends, which provides increased airflow and power. The Mishimoto intercooler pipe kit includes DuraCore boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. For greater improvements in charge-air cooling, pair this piping kit with the Mishimoto performance intercooler. The Mishimoto 6.0L Power Stroke intercooler pipe and boot kit includes signature lifetime warranty.
I installed the Mishimoto intercooler pipe kit on my 2005 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke, and I can definitely feel the difference in performance. The black finish looks sharp under the hood, and the fitment was spot on. I was able to install it without too much hassle, which is always a plus!

Decent Kit, but Missing Some Hardware
The intercooler pipe kit has decent build quality, but it came without a couple of important clamps. I had to make a last-minute trip to the store to get them. Once installed, it worked well, but I expected everything I needed to be included.

Best Upgrade for Towing
I recently installed the Mishimoto intercooler pipes for my '04 Powerstroke, and I can tell a difference when towing. The upgrade was easy enough, and the pipes look sleek in black. Definitely worth the investment if you want better performance while hauling heavy loads!

Great Performance, but Slightly Underwhelmed
I bought this for my 2006 Ford Powerstroke after reading reviews. While the product works well and enhances airflow, I was expecting a bit more from the performance increase. It’s a good kit, just maybe not as dramatic as I hoped for. Installation was straightforward at least!

Good Quality, Minor Installation Issues
This intercooler pipe kit is pretty solid quality, but I did have a little trouble aligning one of the pipes during installation. Once it was in, though, I noticed a nice boost in throttle response. Just be patient if you’re not a pro at this kind of work.
