Good fit for my 2002 Chrysler 300M
Installed this TRQ power window regulator on my 2002 Chrysler 300M, and it fits like a glove. The motor is strong and gets my window up and down smoothly. Took me about an hour to install, but the instructions were pretty clear!

Decent replacement part
I bought this TRQ regulator for my 2004 Chrysler 300M, and it does the job. Installation was a bit tricky since I’m not very handy, but I managed. The motor is a little noisier than the factory one, but it gets the window up and down without any issues.

Not the best quality
While this regulator worked initially, it stopped functioning a few weeks after installation. Very disappointed since I expected more from TRQ. The window kept getting stuck halfway, so I ended up having to replace it again. Wouldn't recommend for long-term use.

Received a damaged unit
Unfortunately, the window regulator I got was damaged when it arrived. The motor looked fine but the bracket was bent, making it impossible to install. I had to return it and get a different one. Overall, not impressed with the quality control on this one.
