I was disappointed when the control arm arrived bent. I contacted customer service but they weren’t very helpful with the return process. The part itself looked decent but I couldn't use it as received. Frustrating experience overall.

Decent quality but some issues
I replaced the front left upper control arm in my 2008 Colorado, and while it works well, the ball joint was a bit tricky to install. The instructions could've been clearer. It's holding up fine so far though!

Good but took longer to ship
