I’m really happy with the TRQ window regulator motor assembly. It was affordable and easy to install on my Mercury Mystique. The window is moving smoothly again, and I can finally close it without any hassle. Definitely a win!

Not what I expected
I bought this regulator motor thinking it would be a quick fix for my 1999 Ford Contour, but after a few uses, it started making weird noises. It worked for a bit but now I’m back to a stuck window. Disappointed with this purchase.

Decent part, but slow shipping
The TRQ power window regulator motor assembly seems to work fine in my 1996 Mercury Mystique, but I did have to wait longer than expected for it to arrive. It took a few extra days, but at least it wasn't damaged when it got here.
