I was excited to replace my Jeep's window motor, but this regulator assembly failed after only a month. It started making a grinding noise and then just stopped. Very disappointed with the durability. I expected better for the price!

Easy installation on my Jeep
I installed this power window regulator motor assembly in my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it fit perfectly! The installation was straightforward and took about an hour. Now my passenger side window works like new, really pleased with how it turned out!

Functioning well but could improve packaging
The window regulator is working great for my 1999 Jeep. It arrived on time and functions as expected. However, the packaging was a bit flimsy and I was worried it might be damaged during shipping. Thankfully, it was fine, but a sturdier box would be nice!

Good product, but had a minor issue
This replacement for my 2000 Grand Cherokee works well, but the motor was a little loud at first. After a few uses, it quieted down. Just wish the instructions were clearer; I had to look up a few YouTube videos for help. Overall, it's doing the job!
