I really wanted to like this product for my 2006 RX330, but unfortunately, the regulator motor stopped working after just a month. I followed all the instructions for installation, but now I have to look for another one. Very disappointed.

Decent product, but tricky install
The TRQ power window motor assembly itself seems solid for my 2007 RX350, but I found the installation instructions a bit unclear. It took me longer than expected to get it up and running. Just a heads up for DIYers!

Works fine, but delivered late
The window regulator motor assembly I ordered from TRQ works just fine on my 2006 RX330. However, I was disappointed with the shipping delay. It took an extra week to arrive, which was frustrating during the hot days!
