Quality is questionable
Had to replace my Mercury Milan's window regulator, and I thought this one would be a good choice. The parts fit, but the build quality doesn't feel as solid as I hoped. It works for now, but I'm worried about longevity.

Not the best experience
While the product eventually worked in my 2006 Lincoln MKZ, it arrived with a few scratches and the packaging was damaged. It took a bit to get everything set up right. Not the best experience overall, but it gets the job done now.
